Are your pre-designed items available in my favorite font/color?TOP
All of our pre-designed items are available in a variety of colors, and any font that you might want, as long as we have it in our font library. If we do not have the font or color of vinyl that you want, we will do our best to acquire it for you.
Can I request samples of vinyl for color matching?TOP
Absolutely! We
want you to be extremely satisfied with your order! Simply fill out a
request on our contact us page, stating the
color you would like to see, as well as an address we can send it to. Please allow 48-72 hours for it to be shipped out.
Vinyl lettering sticks
to almost any smooth surface like painted walls, glass, mirrors, and smooth
metal and wood. Vinyl lettering can also be applied to textured surfaces, however we recommend that you ask for a sample to test an area if you have doubts. Textured surfaces will require a little more patience and work
during application. Vinyl lettering is not recommended for porous surfaces like cinder block, brick
or stucco.
We use, what we believe to be the highest quality
of vinyl. It is designed to last outdoors for four years. Since there are less
dramatic changes in temperature and humidity indoors, the lifetime of the vinyl
should be significantly extended. Vinyl is made to be flexible, durable, and washable; it should not fade, crack, or peel.
This is a tricky one, generally the vinyl is somewhat forgiving, and can be gently repositioned during initial
application. However, once the letters are applied, they can not be
removed and reused someplace else. It is important to follow the directions that will accompany your vinyl, and to not be in a hurry.
The area around the transfer may be gently dusted or cleaned with a slightly damp
cloth. However, we do not recommend the use of cleaners such as: glass or all-purpose cleaners,
or harsh abrasives. These types of cleaners have been known to dissolve the adhesive from the back of the vinyl, over a period of time.
It is as easy as 1,2,3...slightly warm the area with a hairdryer, then just lift the edge
of the vinyl with tweezers and peel away from wall. If there is any adhesive left on the wall, simply clean with a remover. We do not recommend any one thing, due to the fact that we do not know what you have applied the vinyl to and do not want to lead you in the wrong direction.
Our website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are working and answering emails to the best of our abilities Monday thru Thursday, 9am to 4pm. We do not work weekends and US holidays.
We ship using the USPS for all of our orders, except for large plaque orders, which are shipped UPS Ground. Orders shipped within the
US are
shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Orders within the US generally take
2 - 3 days shipping time. Large plaque orders that are shipped UPS Ground usually take 4-5 days. We do not guarantee these time frames, and cannot be held
responsible for delays with the USPS or UPS.
Express mail overnight delivery is
available through USPS,
at an additional cost.
We do our best to have all orders shipped
within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.
We
will gladly ship internationally! Please understand that these orders occasionally take longer for you to receive, due to customs. They are also shipped via USPS. Where international orders generally take
anywhere from 7 - 14 days, we do not guarantee these timeframes, and
cannot be held responsible for delays with the USPS.
Please contact us for international shipping rates prior to
placing your order.
Each custom order, is only cut after you have approved the preview via email, so I cannot take returns on anything custom. To ensure happiness with your order I do offer color samples.
We will accept returns on our pre-designed and craft items, only if there is an error on our part or the material that we have used was flawed and unnoticed by us.
